B is for Balmain – The much awaited H&M collaboration is almost here.

High street giant and ultimate fashion destination H&M never disappoints when it comes to collaborations. With names such as Marni, Versace and Alexander Wang already on their back catalogue, the H&M collaboration is one of the most eagerly awaited events in the fashion calendar. In early 2015, the fashion world went into overdrive when an ‘oh so glamorous’ Instagram post announced that French Haute Couture and celeb favourite Balmain would be the 18th designer to join forces with H&M. This unforgettable Insta by fashionistas Kendall Jenner, Jourdan Dunn and Olivier Rousteing (creative director of Balamain) showed the trio sporting some seriously Sassy outfits. Since those embellished ensembles rocked the Billboard Awards, speculation has been high and the collection has been heavily under-wraps – Until now.

With the launch just under two months away H&M have revealed who will be heading the campaign and it is no surprise to us that Balmain devotees Kendall Jenner, Jourdan Dunn and Gigi Hadid are the faces of the #Balmaination. These Gorgeous gals are joined by two male models Hao Yun Xiang and Dudley O’Shaungnessy and it has to be said everyone is looking hot-to-trot in their Balmain get ups.

Even though we have not seen the collection in full its latest press offering gives us a sneaky peak at what to expect and it is well and truly amazing! The embellished dresses, monochrome tuxedos and the long-line waist coat are the things dreams are made of and will be the perfect party pieces around the festive period.

For anyone wanting to get their hands on a piece of this stunning collection I recommend you plan your shopping trip with military precision, practice hitting the refresh button and prepare for battle. With the Versace collection rumoured to have sold out online in 30 seconds, Balmain x H&M is going to break records and possibly the internet- Don’t say we didn’t warn you! The collection launches on November 5th; there will be tears of joy, huge queues and a lot of excitement. So save the date, get that alarm set and I will see you there!
