As if we weren’t all partied out after the national day celebrations, this weekend brings the arrival of Singapore’s Night Festival; one of the biggest events in the Singapore arts calendar. As usual, the event promises to be a wondrous occasion with amazing art installations and spectacular performances. In conjunction with the night festival, Kueh Kakis will be hosting a Singaporean supper offering us a contemporary, creative takes on some well-loved supper staples. Over the four nights, the rooftop of the National Design Centre will be converted into a pop- up kopitiam where we can expect some delicious delights and tasty treats served up from eight creative chefs and bartenders.

The experts behind the Red Baron will be giving us a modern take on Maggi Goreng using wonder grain quinoa while Sassy’s favourite cocktail spot the Secret Mermaid are serving up their unique take on Milo Peng with an addition of homemade chai and bitter infused chocolate vodka.
